The trail offers an easy to intermediate challenge overall, but a strong sense of confidence is key to fully enjoy the experience. Some sections can be steep, uneven, and slippery when wet, so this tour is best suited for those with a bit of biking experience.
The route spans up to 30 km with around 400 meters of elevation gain, requiring a good level of fitness. While the distance might not seem daunting, the tropical heat and humidity of Thailand can make it more challenging, so be prepared for a rewarding, yet demanding adventure!
